This page is a convenience summary, not a separate agreement. All disclaimers, warranty exclusions, and limitations that govern your use of Natty the Nocrastinator are set out in the Terms of Service — see Section 9 (Disclaimers), Section 10 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 22 (Copyright / DMCA Notice and Takedown). If anything on this page conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.

The short version

• No guarantee of delivery. We do not warrant that a milestone schedule will be generated for every event, or that any reminder will arrive promptly, in order, or at all. Reminders depend on Google Apps Script, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Google Gemini, your SMS provider, carriers, and Google Chat — any of which can fail, throttle, filter, or change without notice.
• AI schedules are suggestions. On plans where milestones are generated by the Google Gemini API, the output is probabilistic. A schedule may propose too few milestones, too many, or dates that do not suit your actual workload. Review every schedule before relying on it.
• Help answers are suggestions too. The in-app help assistant ("Ask Natty") is generated by the Google Gemini API from Natty's own documentation. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date about features, settings, or price, and nothing it says is a commitment by JJJJJ. The Terms, Privacy Policy, and the Marketplace listing govern where an answer differs.
• Not your only reminder system. Natty is an assistive planning tool. Do not use it as a life-safety, emergency, medical or medication-reminder, court- or statutory-deadline docketing, regulatory-compliance, or employee-surveillance system.
• A Business license does not make it a management tool. It licenses a domain and counts seats. Administrators cannot see anyone's calendar content, milestones or settings through the Service, and it must not be used to monitor staff.
• No professional advice. Nothing produced by the Service or its documentation is legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and it is not professional project management.
• Third-party names. Third-party trademarks and product names are used only to identify compatible or user-configured services. They do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
• Marketing is not a warranty. Feature lists, screenshots, examples, availability counters, and pricing summaries describe intended functionality at the time of publication and may change.
• Founding-member offer. The founding-member lifetime plan is limited in number and may be retired once that limit is reached; see Terms § 6.
