Natty the Nocrastinator™ — Disclaimer

1. No Guarantee of Reminder Delivery

Natty the Nocrastinator™ depends on Google Apps Script infrastructure, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, the Google Gemini API, and (optionally) third-party SMS providers and Google Chat webhooks. Any of these services may experience outages, rate limiting, quota exhaustion, or degraded performance at any time without notice. The Service may fail to create milestones, deliver SMS reminders, or post Chat messages due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to: Google infrastructure downtime, Apps Script execution errors, Gemini quota exhaustion, SMS provider unavailability, carrier filtering of SMS, or network interruptions.

You must not rely on Natty the Nocrastinator™ as your sole reminder system for critical deadlines where a missed reminder could cause material harm. The Service is a productivity convenience tool, not a substitute for dedicated calendar management practices, professional project management systems, or emergency notification infrastructure.

The Service depends on an active Google-issued OAuth grant. Google may, at its sole discretion, revoke, suspend, or limit that grant at any time. We have no obligation or ability to override a Google decision to restrict OAuth access, and we are not liable for any interruption, failed milestones, or missed reminders resulting from such a Google action.

2. AI Accuracy and Gemini Dependency

On the Pro plan, milestone schedules are generated by Google Gemini, a large language model. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or poorly suited to your specific situation.

AI-generated milestone schedules are suggestions only. They are based on pattern recognition applied to the event title, type, effort level, and notes you provide. They are not professional project management advice, legal advice, medical advice, or any other form of professional consultation. Natty the Nocrastinator™ does not guarantee that Gemini will generate an appropriate schedule for any given event.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated milestones before confirming them, adjusting dates and descriptions to reflect your actual workload and constraints, and meeting your deadlines regardless of what the Service suggests.

Gemini model behavior may change over time due to Google's model updates. JJJJJ Enterprises, LLC has no control over Gemini model behavior, outputs, availability, quota, pricing, or data handling. If Gemini is unavailable, degraded, or quota-throttled, the Service falls back to template-based milestones automatically. Content you send to Gemini is subject to Google's Gemini API terms; see the Privacy Policy § 4.2 for details on what Google may retain and on the difference between free-tier and paid-tier content handling.

3. Calendar Event Content and Legal Responsibility

Natty the Nocrastinator™ reads the title and start date of Calendar events you open in the side panel. You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• you have the legal right to process those events and to share event title information with the Google Gemini API (if using the Pro plan);
• your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and any confidentiality obligations applicable to the event content you provide; and
• where you enter event notes, those notes do not contain information you are legally prohibited from transmitting to third-party AI services.

JJJJJ Enterprises, LLC bears no responsibility for unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service.

4. Third-Party Services and Pricing

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Calendar, Tasks, Chat, Gemini API) and SMS providers (Textbelt, Telnyx, Plivo, Twilio, ClickSend, Vonage, or a custom webhook endpoint). JJJJJ Enterprises, LLC:

• does not operate, control, or guarantee the availability of any third-party service;
• is not responsible for any charges, overage fees, rate limits, data handling practices, or policy changes imposed by third-party providers;
• does not verify the accuracy of any third-party pricing shown in the add-on, help content, or marketing materials — including SMS delivery cost estimates and Google Gemini API pricing; all third-party cost figures are indicative only, captured at a point in time, and may change at any time without notice from us. Always confirm current pricing on the provider's own pricing page before committing to usage;
• is not responsible for any failure by a third-party service to deliver a milestone reminder; and
• is not liable for data processed by a third-party service after the Service transmits it.

5. Third-Party Trademarks

JJJJJ Enterprises, LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party company referenced in Natty's documentation, add-on interface, or marketing materials. The following are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners:

Any SMS provider whose trademarks appear in Natty the Nocrastinator™ documentation or marketing materials in connection with integration guidance is the property of its respective owner. Natty the Nocrastinator™ supports any SMS provider the user configures; no specific SMS provider is affiliated with or endorses Natty the Nocrastinator™.

Natty the Nocrastinator™ trademark status. "Natty the Nocrastinator" is a trademark of JJJJJ Enterprises, LLC. We use the ™ symbol to denote common-law trademark status. We will replace ™ with ® only after the USPTO issues a registration certificate if and when an application is filed and granted.

emAIl Sentinel™ is a separate trademark of JJJJJ Enterprises, LLC covering the emAIl Sentinel Gmail add-on product. The two products are distinct services; references to one do not imply any bundling with or warranty coverage by the other.

Use of third-party marks in Natty the Nocrastinator™ documentation, marketing, or the add-on interface is solely for the purpose of identifying compatible or integrated services and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies.

6. Founding Member Offer

The founding member lifetime plan (as described in the Terms of Service, §§ 6.1 and 6.11) is limited to the first 500 purchasers as recorded on the Google Workspace Marketplace. Any availability counter or "spots remaining" figure displayed in our marketing materials — including Natty the Nocrastinator™ website, promotional emails, or other communications — reflects our best available internal estimate and may not update in real time. The authoritative record of available spots is the count of completed lifetime purchases on the Google Workspace Marketplace.

JJJJJ Enterprises, LLC is not liable for any claim arising from a marketing counter displaying a higher availability than actually remained at the time of a purchase attempt. If the Marketplace has already retired the offer when you attempt to purchase, no founding member spot is available regardless of what any marketing material states.

7. Marketing and Promotional Content

Feature descriptions, integration lists, pricing summaries, and other product representations in Natty's marketing materials are provided for informational purposes and reflect the state of the Service at the time of publication. They are subject to change at any time in accordance with the Terms of Service. No marketing representation constitutes a warranty, guarantee, or contractual commitment regarding product functionality except to the extent explicitly stated in the Terms of Service.

8. Links to Related JJJJJ Enterprises Products

Our website may display links to other products operated by JJJJJ Enterprises, LLC, including emAIl Sentinel™ (a Google Gmail add-on for email-based alerting), PilotTrainerHQ (pilottrainerhq.com), and PlaneFacts (planefacts.online). Those products are separate services and are governed by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and disclaimers, which are independent of Natty's legal documents. Links to related products do not imply any bundling of services, shared warranty coverage, or joint liability.

9. No Professional Advice

Nothing in Natty's output, documentation, or marketing materials constitutes legal, tax, financial, medical, or any other form of professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information processed or presented by the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

See Section 10 of the Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability applicable to your use of the Service.

11. Copyright / DMCA Notice and Takedown

If you believe that any material made available through Natty the Nocrastinator™ (including marketing pages, documentation, or in-app content) infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), to:

Your notice must include (i) your physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it; (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (vi) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

We will respond to properly formed notices within 10 business days. Counter-notices may be submitted per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the same address.

Repeat infringer policy. In appropriate circumstances we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, consistent with § 512(i).

12. Accessibility

JJJJJ Enterprises, LLC is committed to making Natty the Nocrastinator™ accessible to people with disabilities. We design our marketing website and legal pages to meet, where technically feasible, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The in-app experience is built on Google Workspace Add-on Cards Service, which inherits Google Calendar's accessibility behavior.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier — inability to read text, interact with a control, or otherwise use the Service because of a disability — please contact support@jjjjjenterprises.com with a brief description of the barrier, the page or feature involved, and any assistive technology you are using. We will respond within 10 business days and work with you to provide equivalent access.

This accessibility statement is provided in partial fulfillment of accessibility obligations under U.S. federal and state law (including, where applicable, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act).

13. Relationship to Other Documents

This Disclaimer supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
